Patrick was awesome in assisting my parent’s getting a new truck! He was very professional and made the process quick and easy

We purchased a 2025 Forerunner Limited with an additional inclusion of mats added into the purchase. When we went to pick them up there was some confusion as to whether we owed for them. The service employee went to get a supervisor/mgr. I do not know her name but she was a petite young lady with long brown hair. She was very rude. Did not say a word to us but looked at us and cut her eyes at my husband. Did not even acknowledge us. She went and got our salesperson Patrick. Patrick took care of everything. Had this young lady been our salesperson, we would’ve never bought at this location
