Newer Highlander in for 5K mandatory service and early oil change. When I bought the car I paid for a maintenance package including the 5K interval service and regular oil changes. I believe in early oil changes, and my service advisor (Alex - great BTW), used one of the oil changes in my maintenance package, so NO Charge for the entire stop. Less than an hour for tire rotation, oil change and complete checkup. Very happy with this service department.

The sales service & finance personnel were all very helpful & pleasant. I worked with sales employee Tony Garren who was very helpful & informative showing me some of the new cars available. They all seemed to want to please me and be happy with my possible trade in.

All information was given upfront and I had full details of what numbers meant during the buying process from the financial side.
