Very helpful and understanding. They have been in contact with me for 2 weeks to ensure I was able to get a new vehicle within my terms. They were willing to work with me and after a 2 hour drive to the dealership they were able to keep their promise to the best of their abilities. The sales team that helped me were Marissa and Alan. Update 4/16/25 Thomas Reynolds listened to my preferences on a car, and helped me get into what I liked. It's an upgrade to what I have, and it's an awesome car! Update 1/27/24 Another Prius bought from Derrick Jones @ Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury! Update 6/14/23 Working on another Prius! Got a Call from Trevor Williamson and came to see what could be done, and will be walking out with a new one! Update 1/22/23 Well, I got yet another Prius from here! Denise and Heath were just stellar as always! Helped me get into my fourth Prius and I am incredibly happy with my experience!
