My salesman Christian went above and beyond to make the sell happen. I definitely recommend Christian as a sales man. He should have a raise or promotion. There was a glitch with finance (possibly my fault) that almost didn’t allow the sale to go forward. The finance person and manager all got together to make the deal happen. They ultimately were able to take more money off of the the new truck price to get me into the new truck thanks to all at shottenkirk

I came in for an appointment with a salesman, but he was not there. No worries for me, Gage walked right out of the office and approached me with a smile and was ready to help. Shottenkirk Toyota over the last two years has regained my trust in regards to their service department. Today they properly assessed a minor warranty issue after Fort Worth Toyota improperly assessed and refused to fix the problem. Even though I bought my Highlander in Fort Worth, I will continue to use this Granbury dealership for my service needs.
